Leepike Ridge

Leepike Ridge
N. D. Wilson
224

“Early Saturday morning two men anonymously reported seeing the body of a boy dragged beneath a small cliff at the foot of Leepike Ridge by one of the many streams in the area. Later that day Elizabeth Hammond reported her eleven-year-old son Thomas Hammond, as missing.” Thomas “Tom” Hammond, the main character of Leepike Ridge, by N. D. Wilson, has lived above Leepike Ridge for as long as he can remember, but now, thanks to a piece of packing foam and his mom’s annoying boyfriend, he might end up having to live underneath it. To top it off, while Tom is gone ruthless treasure hunters have come to his house and tied up his mother. Will Tom’s perseverance and ingenuity allow him and his new friend Reg, whom he found underneath Leepike Ridge, to make it back in time and save Mrs. Hammond?
